GLASS CUTTING: CNC Cutting takes place on our two state of the art CMS tables. Each table utilizes electronic data for precise cutting of any shape.
BEVELING: Custom Beveling can be applied to a wide range of glass and mirror thicknesses. Our machines allow us to bevel both straight line and custom shapes.
EDGE FABRICATION: Edge fabrication is a specialized area that WGP has worked hard to excel in. Our CNC edger, along with straight line edger’s and other specialty machines, coupled with our employees innovative ideas makes our edging department a step ahead of the competition.
HOLE DRILLING & NOTCHING: WGP has the ability for precise Hole Drilling and Notching for hardware and hinges.
INSULATED GLASS: We also specialize in the fabrication of small true divided lite Insulated units. Many of the large insulators do not have the capabilities to produce these small units efficiently. We can produce these using laminated glass that can be beveled avoiding the high cost of small tempered lites. In addition, the use of laminated glass increases security in the building, whether it is residential or commercial.
PACKAGED MIRROR: WGP manufactures a line of Beveled Frameless Mirrors in several shapes. Each mirror comes complete with hanging hardware and hard board backer. We also carry prepackaged rectangle mirrors with both pencil polished edges and ½” beveled edges.
AUTOMOTIVE MIRROR: WGP also produces Automotive Aftermarket Replacement Mirrors for many vehicles, from current models to antique vehicles. We have recently added heating elements for several vehicles along with laser etching for blinkers. For additional costs we can custom etch your automotive mirror to customize your “Ride”.
LASER ETCHING: WGP has recently added Laser Etching to our fabrication process. This machine will etch many different kinds of substrates with provided artwork. It also doubles as a cutting tool for Plastics, allowing us to offer custom shape cutting with finished edges, along with custom etching on acrylic sheets up to 48” x 96”.
COMING SOON: We at WGP believe in searching for the technologies and products of the future for the sustainability of our environment. We realize that the resources of the earth our limited and need to be used wisely. Our latest venture is a product called Bioglass. This product is 100% recycled materials and can be used for countertops in a home to facades of structures. This new Green product can be fabricated within our facility to the customers needs. As with most recycled products, Bioglass can assist in attaining “LEED” certification.
